I am getting ready put together a new series of kara runs. This will anchored by a core set of alts, but there is room for several more in all roles. The day of the week will be picked to not interfere with open runs as much as possible, and will be decided about a week in advance, but will float days week-to-week.
A few attributes about these runs:
Many toons will be newish 70 alts of experienced raiders, so skill will be higher, but toon capability may be low.
Some toons will be brand new to raiding, so they will be at the beginning of the leaning curve.
There is not an expectation to clear in one night, or maybe even at all.
There will be a 2 or 3 attempt max on any boss.
Group composition may be weird and non-ideal. Part of this is due to the kinds of toons ready right now, and part is intensional to put twists on kara to make it less boring.
These are skills and loot runs, not badge farming.
Runs may be slow, because of learning and gear level.
These runs are as much about being social/fun and they are about downing bosses.
Efficiency is great where it happens, but it's not job one here. These are not "by the numbers" runs
Expect runs to be 8PM to 12AM PST and probably during the week. Standards of be ready, repaired, stocked up, spec'ed right, on vent, and in front of Kara @ 8PM PST to apply.
I want this to be 100% SIGKILL every week. PUGing will be done under extreme protest.
I am looking for more people to through there hat into the ring. Ideally, I'd like to have more than we need in every class to cover absences and conflict that will certainly happen. I will do my best to make sure we have fair rotation.
You should put your name on the list if:
You can tolerate Kara
You are not prone to frustration for learning or moderate pace.
You have a toon(s) that solidly belongs in kara (not too new, not too high - check http://be.imba.hu for an approximation of your kara-readiness if your not sure)
You are committed to making the date/time if you say you can that week, barring of course any unavoidable circumstances - not "Oh look ! A new movie!"
Are willing to teach and learn, but will alway be respectful and tolerant. I want people to actively ask "experts" with the class they are learning for advice on gear, spell rotation, technique, and for those experts to not force advice on the above.

I am a little interested in bring Ty as dps spec for this. My dps gear and skill are about right for this. But, I really can't commit to more nights at this point. So, if I am around and you need an extra I would love to be though of.
I am interested in helping out anyway i can. My character is to high for Kara but I would love to help out Heal if a strong healer is needed. Please let me know if i can. I have no alts that are 70 right now so Aladion is the only toon i can bring.
